The classic DiSC.2 and Everything DiSC training provide access to the latest progress in this area. Based on our field experience, it applies in a multitude of different contexts. So, you’ll be at the forefront of DiSC knowledge and its applications.
Learn lucidly and practically to choose DiSC assessments, appropriate to context and needs, in terms of goals or results sought. This will allow you to solve, either by yourself, the problem mentioned or to find an alternative solution with our coach. Get to know DiSC’s additional and complementary reports, help each other better communicate and build better relationships with colleagues, managers and collaborators. By practicing different types of behaviour, other than conventional ones, everyone becomes more effective.

TRAINING – HOW TO DO IT?
DiSC training involves an intensive two-day program. This hands-on workshop addresses:

Context
Introduction to the genesis and developments of DiSC, the DiSC Classic and Everything DiSC profiles.

Psychometric test
In 10min each participant completes his DiSC profile test.

Face to face
Animation and Coaching with your own and other behaviour patterns.
WHY THE TRAINING?

Understanding DiSC’s behavioural model – a concise overview of history, of its development (validity/reliability/profile management process) and the interpretation of the results of a circular or classical graphic profile, helps to learn how to support others increase their emotional intelligence and behavioural adaptability, and thus effectively contributes to the control of constantly changing situations.
